The Weekly Telegraph [ 4/4/07--10/4/07 ] reports that Council Tax has almost doubled since New Labour began leading Britain to new pastures.
But, please don't worry ! As you dig your hand still deeper into your pocket, you can rest assured that over the last 10 years that your local Libraries, Parks, Garbage Disposal and the state of your roads have all got 100 % better.
Not only that but you can all walk safely around these improved communities at any time, going about your lawful business, without fear that some deadhead will rob or mug or stab you ! Praise be to Tony and his band of Ministers !
