A friend is coming over to sheff tomorrow and we want to go for a meal. Any tips on where to go!!!! we are both students so a bit skint, is there anywhere that is nice yet reasonably priced...thanks :)

zeugmas.......london road, turkish place......main meals £7ish......you dont need a starter but if you did they are about£3-£4 each.......absolutely gorgeous fresh food.....

yep, I second that, Zeugma's is great - lovely fresh food cooked infront of you.
Or you could try Hellas, new Greek place on Denby Street just off London Road. They do loads of starters and mixed platters to share. I think they've got a link on the bigmenu website so you can have a nosey!

I like Polonium, the polish place on London Road- its a bit different, and cheap,. But not good if you are veggie!
