After having my car broken into numerous times, I had an alarm fitted. It got broke into again recently and I didn't hear the alarm. They've picked at the body work next to the lock and damaged it, on both sides. I know that Saxos are easy to get into (I'm not a chav) and I've heard that you can have Chubb locks put on? I just wondered if anyone knew where i could get these done and a rough price. To have done what I wanted doing (taking locks out completely and having it remote central locking) is going to cost about £300.

Have you thought about a Clifford Alarm ?? I got one put on my car in Jan and was well worth the money..

So sensative that if you breathe on it the Warning alarm kicks in..

generally with these sort of alarms, you'll get chavs throwing stuff at your car to keep setting off your alarm at 3am, until you give up and leave it un-alarmed, then they'll rob it.

It got broke into outside my bloke's house, neighbours heard the alarm but we didn't. We must die when we go to sleep. Alarms great except I didn't hear it, and I left my radio in, so my own fault
