I was born and raised in Sunny Sheffield until the age of 21, when I moved down south with my partner and then onto the USA.

I have been in the states now for 6 years and have 2 young children. We are thinking about moving back to blighty and although all of my family are still in Sheff (they are obviously biased) I would like an honest opinion on what the city is like these days.

I like Sheffield. It's changing dramatically...there are parts of it you probably wouldn't recognise.
Are you planning to pop over for a holiday to check it out?
The whole moving a family overseas thing isn't as bad as it seems...I did the same move a good few years ago. It was the best thing I ever did.
