Does anyone know if the steel industry has an equivalent of the Coal Industry Social Welfare Organisation? (CISWO provides advice and practical support to people who worked in the coal industry for 10 years+).

Also, does anyone know how common it is for steelers / ex-steelers to have respiratory problems like emphysema?
