I train approx. seven sessions over five days, plus one weights session. I currently do not use any supplemments,powders or vitamin pills, except for isotonic drinks.
Do any of you use the above mentioned and have found them beneficial ?
I could also do with losing a couple of inches around the gut !
Any suggestions or recomendations would be appreciated.
