anyone go to hunters bar school from 76 to 84?....love to find out what those that went there, are doing now....and there memories of the place :thumbsup:

My hero at Hunter's Bar was Mr. (Ken) Holmes. Any pupils who arrived at High Storrs, having been taught by Mr.Holmes, had few problems with their Maths.; all the foundations were well and truly set in place!

yeah if its the same bloke, he was our headmaster for my first year in middle school., then he retired and mr wilson took over, he was a excellent bloke, and headmaster. didnt get to know much about mr holmes except he seemed a disiplinarian?:D
