ive got a old gec electric fan, its got brass colored blades, 2 greese pots on spindle,its very heavy,any knowlegde ie value age ect thanks ron

Hard to tell - you might get some idea from the colour of the mains wires in the plug.

Before 1969 the colours were Red, Black and Green for Live, Neutral and Earth.

:heyhey: thanks joe, i would say that they are red and black the actual wire outer case colour is maroon cloth type if u know what i mean.
