with the arches and club element closed down, at least for the time being, which are your favourite clubs in sheffield right now? I'm still pretty fond of the zero club and corporation is growing on me after a heavy night of andy c and swift yesterday.

zeros nights are quite good, but i really don't like the layout. prefer somewhere with a bit of wandering to do.

there is a acute shortage of sheffield venues at the moment- than k you sheffield council, that is totally strangleing the clubbing scene, some of the best clubs have had to either shut/go monthly or move to a smaller venue, its about time they did something about this, there is 50,000 students in sheffield and thousands of locals who are struggling to go places on a friday and saturday night, why close everything??

I know people who have moved to sheffeidl BECAUSE of the clubs and now there all closing- what have the council got against it??

The best clubs in sheff at the mo are the republic,zero and the corporation- both have a good selection of music most nights.
