I know its a bit early to be talking about this, but there's a large group of my mates comin to sheffield & we're strugglin for ideas. We all used to go to uni here, and with me being the only one left in Sheff they're expectin me to know of the best place to go, only I have no idea what (if anythin) is happenin.

The one thing I do know about is Hed Kandi at gatecrasher one, but I spent last new years in that place and it was crap - queued for ages and paid a small fortune to get in but once we did it was half full and so cold you could see your breath in the corridors (I kid you not). No idea about any of the other clubs so any suggestions would be gratefully recieved...

republic has usually got something groovy on, check out their website, although its called gatecrasher now (it will always be republic in my eyes) is that what people used to think about the top rank when it became roxys??

I would plump for UG. Went to their NYE shindig last year and it was cool. That was in corp, but I reckon this years NYE in Zero will be da bomb :)

Im gonna travel out of sheffield i think- tribal gathering are doing another warehouse party in manchester with groove armarda headlining-- can't wait :D
