Run some searches on Scotland Street on the Sheffield city council's web site, you'll find tons of info about the plans for that area!

Will have a read around on the council website. Last I heard someone had put in for planning permission on the car park there for a building taller than the HSBC building but had it refused as the area wasn't "zoned" for residential development. Guess they've changed their minds.

They are mainly 1 & 2 bedroom apartments starting @ around £110,000.

Metris are the sole agents for them and artful lodger are the web promoters for this project.

The project is soon to start and the build will be around 70 weeks.

Specifications are high with some innovative features.

I used to live in a flat like that, the kitchen was in the living room, looks nice, until you start cooking and then the whole house, the sofa, the curtains, everything smells of whatever you cook.
