This is a bit of a random question but can anyone tell me how easy it is to get to Surbiton in Surrey by train?I'm going there to pick my new car up on Wednesday and havent got a clue where it is or how to get there.:help:

Surbiton is south-west of London

You can use the journey planner (http://www.nationalrail.co.uk/) on the National Rail Enquiries page. It's roughly a four hour journey with 2 or 3 changes, according to that.

Should be quite simple - there are loads of trains from Waterloo to Surbiton

Midland Mainline Sheffield > St Pancras
Tube St Pancras > Waterloo (Picadilly line then Northern line, change at Leicester Square)
SWT Waterloo > Surbiton

Or for a cheaper option, get the national express down to Victoria coach station, then get a train from Victoria train station.

Thanks for the suggestions,Ive looked into it and am taking the cheaper option of national express to London(only £7 compared with £58 on the train!)then train or coach to Surbiton.
