For a person with...

- No formal qualifications (GCSE's, HND's Degree etc)
- 13 months Staff Management (6 staff)
- Full management training (Ie, Supporting & Developing staff, Appraisals, Conflict management etc)
- 2nd & 3rd line Technical Support/Desktop Support
- Prince2 Project Management Skills (not yet put into practice)

The answer in my opinion is 'not much' but your views would be appreciated..
