and if so what time dose it open ?

I think just about everything is open today.

I would guess it will be open now.

Most shops open between 9 - 10am on Easter Monday (from what I remember of when I worked in town)

And before anyone asks...banks, post offices and council offices will be closed.

You would be suprised, Rich, how many people come in the bank the day before to ask if it will be open on Bank Holiday Monday. And the number of people who come in the day after to complain we weren't open... :huh:
