We run on XP and have Zone alarm, AVG, Pop up stopper etc.

On the pc we have 3 seperate log in accounts, one for me and one each for the kids. Mine is the administrator account.

My daughter has her email through yahoo and can't access it at all. She can log in and get to her inbox, butas soon as she clicks on a message, it comes up saying she is not logged in. I can log into her account via my settings but it juist won't work on hers. My son also cannot log onto his Neopet as it doesn't accept his sign in either.

All things work on my settings but not the kids.

Any ideas anyone??

Thanks in advance!!

Check the cookies section of ZA (PRivacy > Cookie Control).

Uncheck the following (un selecting):

Block Session Cookies
Block PRivate Header Information
Expire Cookies

If the above are already unselected, then try within IE (Right Click IE on desktop > Properties > Privacy)

Move the settings slider to either Medium or Medium High!

If you're using Firefox, try logging in, then when you get the message to log in re-appears, click (whilst holding SHIFT) Refresh Page.

I checked Zonealarm, but as we only have the free version we cannot change the cookie settings. This is only avilable on the paid version. I think I know what the problem is now. Only the admin account can turn off Zonealarm, the ordianry users can't. I don't want to switch the kids settings to administrator accounts but it seems that unless I do, they won't be able to access any of their favourite sites as they all use cookies.

The wierd thing is, I can use all these site on my settings with Zonealarm running. So why is it different for them?

HELP!!!!

The Administrator Account isn't restricted like normal user accounts. If you want the full version of Zone Alarm I'll give you a link for it!

Yes please, I'd love a link but I was under the impression that you had to pay for it.
