I'm trying to get my fitness back on track at the minute after a long term injury. I'm a 3rd dan black belt in 3 styles of martial arts and was thinking of training to competition standard. Can anyone tell me what training routines or programmes it would be wise to follow and how successful I would be likely to be? :thumbsup:
