ive finally just chopped the chistmas tree up thats been laid in the back garden since....well since christmas :P
and its only been 3 months
tbf to me tho, i dont get home till 6.30 per night and its normally getting on to be dark when i do, im also on my feet for 8.30 hours a day doing physical work all day.
i only get saturday and sundays off and normally have to do things like pot washing, washing clothes, tidying up after the kids and missus etc :(
todays the first holiday (i think) since chrimble
as you may have guessed im more of an inside on computer / listening to music / watching tv, dvds type of guy :P
We did pass a house yesterday with the xmas lights still up outside, so youve got plenty of time yet!:)

Theres more than mere lazyness there :D
Our tree is still up in the living room. If we take it down we'll have nowhere to put it and the corner will look really bare :P
Its been appropriated a '2007 tree' to ensure no bad luck follows though.

Mel....you never learn do you?
As a rule of thumb, leave your Christmas tree and it's decorations up in the house nearly all-year round until you hear Bing Crosby singing "White Christmas" on TV/Radio. Then remove it immediately.
That way you can avoid cooking turkeys/sprouts, having the relatives round sharing your scoff/booze and really start to enjoy your Christmas.
The kid's toys? They get used to not having them by the time they're 60.
Then they'll invite you for Christmas at their house.......just to make sure you don't leave your dosh to animal welfare groups. :)

Ive seen lots of houses with the outdoor Christmas lights still up. It looks odd when the sun is out & the weather is hot.

It's probably people who've moved cos they can't be a**ed to take them down.

we moved here in May 2000 and still haven't got round to decorating.
That's lazy. We prefer to stare out of the window than do any work.
