Does anyone know how I could possibly record sound going into the line in jack on my sound card? Problem being I have a Minidisc player and my mate has lent me a MD. Only I have netMD on my minidisc which enables me to add mp3s to the md through my computer. Ive tried copying the data off his md which he lent me through the program I use but it doesnt want to co-operate. So the only way left is to record from the line in port (me thinks) on my soundcard but I dont know how to get access to the sound. Thanks Rick :)

Ive just installed Version 5 Platinum and it doesnt. But! In the process of pratting around (as you do) ive had a look at sound properties.... I unchecked the Line In and I can hear the music playing off my Minidisc through the Line In jack on my soundcard! Now ill have a go and see if I can capture it with anything like Sound Forge. Thanks! Cheers, Rick

I know! lol I tried looking for a serial but its only for versions 1.5 and 2.0 and the version we downloaded was 2.0.1 :? Im using Nero too, that came with my burner! hehe! Its better than Easy Cd Creator because I can burn VCD's and SVCD's of movies I download off the net which is handy! :D

Total Recorder will record anything you can hear on your PC, including RealAudio streaming clips, etc.

lol, i think people misunderstood what i said before ;)

basically you can talk about the NAMES of the P2P stuff, even waht you've downloaded, just as long as you dont mention any sites where you can "obtain" these programs, the reason i said it last time was because it wouldnt be long before someone says "where can i get such and such"
