So, I moved in recently, and now my bin is full. What happens to it now? Does someone come take it away? When i was looking around it they said there was a concierge service. This to me means someone carries you bags to your room or parks your car.

take the lift into the basement the bin stores are marked ,dont go down there without your grey fob as you will end up getting locked in the car park
who ever took you round when you viewed should have pointed this out to you
