Im thinking of a film I saw years ago, t'was a comedy spy spoof thing.

The part that really sticks in my head, is the main guy goes down a sewer, and meets the ninja turtles.

it was Loaded weapon 1, with Emilio Esteves and Samual L Jackson, great supporting cast too Bill Shatner and Tim Curry absolutly great film
