I've seen plenty of them for sale on Ebay. You could try there.

I did my MBA via the OU some years ago and ended up keeping a lot of my stuff because the material was quite useful in general.

Alternatively, charity shops?

There's a good market for second hand uni textbooks on Amazon, if they're recent versions.

Do you know of anyone else that is thinking of doing the course, if so the books would be a useful heads up.

I know if you're a student at Sheffield you can sometimes sell study books to the Blackwells (uni one) which is down a road off west street. As long as they run the same course you're on (which I think they do) you could give them a ring or pop in

I've still got some of mine somewhere. A did A103 An introduction to the humanities. Suppose I should dig them out and get rid.

Would it be an idea to keep at least some of them for future reference? It will all be fresh in your mind now, but over time yoiu might want to refresh certain points.

Id keep them, very useful for looking up in future if you need to remember a bit of information for interviews etc.

Good to know there's more OU students here. I've just completed a degree, off to South America to make use of my skills.

i've kept all mine and i'm finding them a useful source of reference for another Degree course. i love books anyway and most of them have value in their own right, so they'll be staying on my bookshelf!
