View Full Version : Help with computer benyboy 30-03-2007, 08:35 hi i am asking this for my friend,her husband has cleared everything off her computer because it kept crashing,its windows xp,since he has done this when she turns her computer on there is nothing at all but a blank screen,what should she do ,anyone got any suggestions,thanks ASPGuru 30-03-2007, 08:39 She should get him to put something back on it. Does she know what exactly he has done to clear it? no all she said was that she went ouy and when she came back he said that he had cleared it all off and told her to start again, but she doesent know much about computers and doesent know what to do now sallonoroff 30-03-2007, 10:14 her husband has cleared everything off her computer he deleted absolutely everything from the hard disk? sounds like they need to use their product recovery CD (or Windows CD) to reinstall the operating system. |
