What have they done to the boosts? I used to love them! The new thing that they put in totally spoils it, I think it tastes disgusting! :-( yuk! The worst thing is, I cant seem to find an original boost! Not fair!!!

Yep I am :-) Yuk! The nearest thing I've found to a real boost bar is a "Starbar" but they aren't all that nice :-( grr!

thers two types blue boosts (biscuit) and green boosts (guiana), the first being the original, ive also seen them called "MOBO" bars too...

hey RPG, yeah its my interview! Argh! I'm starting to get nervous lol! The kids that were at the peaks on friday were year 10's. They went on a career's day trip where they have a mock interview at college and learn things like interview skills.

By the way, for all you boost fanatics (like myself) I've found original biscuit boost supplies! Wilkinson in crystal peaks have them! I was there today and just couldn't resist buying one! hehe! Yummy!

Yeah, they do. Mind you I'm only a year older than them! :oops: They were all supposed to be dressed up with proper shirts on and tailored trousers, but when I saw some waiting for the 95, they looked the same as they do when they're coming to school! :roll: Not long to go now! Better start planning my hair/makeup and outfit! :lol:

crazy! when i did it, i was told to "look smart, ie. sports casual" ;)

lol well the ones I saw were all in ordinary school trousers (the tight things that stick to your bum :oops: ) and a few had a button up shirt on :wink:

What really bugs me about these new chocolate bars is why they have to stop production of the old ones.
If they really want to win customers why not make a new one as well as the old one.
And why doesn't Mars have a website eh?

Was biscuit boost the original one then? I thought it was a another one in a red packet. I am sure it wasn't biscuit. I thought the biscuit one came along some time after.

i love both the green & blue boosts. also like star bars. infact like most things associated with chocolate, could live off the stuff!

I haven't a clue, the only boost I knew of was the one in the blue wrapper. To me, thats the original :lol:

Yeah, I seem to remember the red one - didn't they re-issue it as the starbar? (I remember the original star bars when I was growing up, then they stopped doing them. And a few years? later, the boost came out)

I remember Milky Ways dissapeared for a few years, then they reappeared.

do you prefer old style ones or newer ones?

I BEG YOUR PARDON!!! old like you indeed!!! I represent that remark(resent that remark) But seriously, I do remember the Bar 6 and very nice too, I have always had a sweet tooth and it was very hard for me when I had to give up sugar many, many, years ago.

Since then I have been on a permanent diet in a struggle to keep my weight down and Indeed still find it very difficult to do even today after all this time. :( :( :(

Then they got rid of original boost, made brown boost into star bar (yummmmmmm) and biscuit boost became the default boost. then they bought in that nasty guarana one for a bit. didn't last though, did it?

I really miss the coconut Boosts. Shouldn't have stopped doing them. But I guess they didn't sell as well as the biscuit ones.

I like the guarana ones too.

Yeah they still have the original boosts I have just bought a pack of four from the co-op for 99p, they are soo nice, haven't tried the green ones though.
