I believe that Ponds Forge have someone who does sports massage, don't know if hes still working. Sports Massage is good, if you have accidently pulled something while training

i think they do sports massage at Clinic one on abbeydale road. i know that a guy who provided the massage for world's strongest man competitions practices/practiced in sheffield, and i think (could be getting confused here tho), that he's at Clinic One. i looked into it last year cos my shoulders are way, WAY too tense, but it was quite expensive and i just can't afford it at the moment.
