Last year it was some time during April, so soon hopefully.

I did check the water meter but soon realised that as the water is turned off at the meter, that any possible leaks wouldn't be leaking yet anyway. So all the water on site at the moment is natural springs and streams.
When it's turned on, we can monitor it for leaks/usage etc.

Water meter? Not me guv!

I think you'll find it was more a case of someone smashed the entire concrete casing just to get that nice brass tap off the the top :mad: And to think they only put that on at the time they switched the water off as well :rolleyes:

Hi, we have water on plot 75 & 76 no tap but water does come out of the hole at the top of the concrete pillar. I suppose it could have just been water left in the pipe cause we only left it on a second to see if anything came out !!

The Allotment Officer starts putting the water back on next week (beginning of April), it usually takes about a month for him to get round all the sites, thats if there are no problems, such as missing taps etc.
CAN SITES LET ME KNOW WHEN THERE WATER IS BACK ON PLEASE.

hmm, last weekend one of our taps was dribbling water ...

water ? taps ? i don't believe i've seen either of those near plot 61 Hagg Hill !
