Does anyone have experience of learning French at nightschool and if there are any courses being run at the moment.

I've been looking for German nightschool classes myself, but I haven't found any yet.

What I have found out is that the University of Sheffield do evening classes in French and Spanish (but not German).

You can pick a brochure of all their courses in the Lifelong Learning Centre on West Street. There's rarely anyone manning the reception, but the brochures are free to take.

So my question: Does anyone know of any German evening classes running somewhere in Sheffield and starting fairly soon?

The ULS scheme at Hallam is very good. Look up their website.

I am too, i did ULS stage 6 last year to brish it off ;) Most tutors there are french, so you'll have an objective teaching... Not like that boring stuff you do in primary & secondary.
