Sturrock's Swindon featuring Lee Peacock. I thought the Swindon equaliser was fortunate because that 'perfect cross' looked to me to be a screwed shot at goal! Nice to hear Birtles 'sticking' players for wearing gloves in March. Ex-Owl, Corr, on his debut for Swindon, has put them 2-1 ahead. FT Lincoln 2 Swindon 3 CorkerSWFC 26-03-2007, 21:40 good game wasn,t it m8 CHAIRBOY 27-03-2007, 06:31 Yes, it was and the MK Dons v Walsall that followed it was. I thought Swindon were a tad fortunate with two goals arriving by mis-directed shots. For Lincoln, it's beginning to look like the play-offs again! Even last night's Conference offering, Oxford v Dagenham was also entertaining. Did you notice the referee, his name is Ward but he is normally seen "running the line" in the Premiership? I thought he had a good game. CorkerSWFC 27-03-2007, 09:30 yes lol ive seen referees assistants a few times reffing in the lower leagues. Ive had a soft spot for the lower leagues ever since we had a spell down there, although its rather good fun i enjoyed a couple of seasons in the wilderness lol. |
