Shortest route is:- M1,M18 off at J1, Bramley, Hooton Roberts, Kilnhurst, Mexborough... (12 miles)

Quickest route (according to Autoroute):- M1 off at J33, A630 'til roundabout after the Bailey Suite, Parkgate, A633 to Swinton, Mexborough ...(14.4 miles)...

The congestion around Parkgate is bad at peak times.
The Bramley ,Ravenfield ,Kilnhurst route is probably the best.
Turn sharp right over the bridge in Kilnhurst(the bridge 500metres after the traffic lights).
Ater about half a mile,Turn right onto Lime grove ,this will bring you to the station pub in Swinetown,
Turn right to Mexborough.

Can i just ask while on the subject of directions, is this the way to Amerillo. The thing is I'm not too sure and I don't want to get on the wrong track. Problem is 'sweet Marie' is waiting for me there so obvioulsy I am anxious to arrive as soon as poss as it were.
