To the Ford Focus driver who this morning filtered off left off Glossop Road at the junction just past Hanrahans WITHOUT INDICATING -
sort out your driving mate. If you did this on a test you would fail. I managed to film you on my mobile (i had my hands fee kit on) and will be forwarding the footage to the relevant authorities as you were no doubt in serious breach of the highway code, and I think they will be very interested in talking to you.
And to all you other useless drivers out there (and thats pretty much all of you) - myself and Lalaland are watching you.

Hands fee? Please inform me how to record somebody with a hands free kit though whilst I am meant to be driving and concentrating on the road.

Also using your hands free kit to 'record' people would make you fail your test also.

Also you are breaking the highway code to;

Mobile phones and in-car technology
127: You MUST exercise proper control of your vehicle at all times. You MUST NOT use a hand-held mobile phone, or similar device, when driving or when supervising a learner driver, except to call 999 or 112 in a genuine emergency when it is unsafe or impractical to stop. Never use a hand-held microphone when driving. Using hands free equipment is also likely to distract your attention from the road. It is far safer not to use any telephone while you are driving - find a safe place to stop first.
Laws RTA 1988 sects 2 & 3 & CUR regs 104 & 110
128: There is a danger of driver distraction being caused by in-vehicle systems such as route guidance and navigation systems, congestion warning systems, PCs, multi-media, etc. Do not operate, adjust or view any such system if it will distract your attention while you are driving; you MUST exercise proper control of your vehicle at all times. If necessary find a safe place to stop first.

-Have a nice day.

Indeed. One wonders if the OP unwittingly committed an offence to record one. Blimey.

You may joke Mr Rathbon but it would certainly cut down on RTA's if the purportrators were neutralised.

That junction's a hotbed of lawbreaking - it's like the Wild West. The other day someone used the pedestrian crossing WHILE THE GREEN MAN WAS FLASHING!
I'd have filmed it on my mobile if it had a camera.....

Seen his response on the other bad driving thread?

Totally agree, get rid of all speed cameras and have laser guided missiles instead then eventually these perpetrators (hope i spelled that correctly) can be gotten rid of once and for all. And there would also be no requirements for traffic police and the penalty points system, hence saving a lot of tax payers money.:hihi:

Unfrotunately I suspect after reading the other response and this thread that theripsaw is attempting to use humour with this thread.

I suspect he's either a poor driver and upset because he's been caught or he's just one of those people that think poor driving is someone else's problem and doesn't really care.

I wouldn't read too much in to it.

Regardless of that, I think that pennangton's post that you quoted is still true.

This thread appears to be degenerating in to name calling.

As the OP is unlikely to be able to reply, I'm closing this.
