Saturday....not as exciting as being relegated granted;)

With the way we are playing at the moment, and with all the injuries, we might be lucky to get a draw.

Oh Dear the usual "Doom & Gloom" comments for England on the International football scene. Still got hangover depression from last years World Cup.
At least you got there. I'm well pleased we beat France in our group and hoping for a Draw at least in Italy next week but if we lose I won't be slitting my wrists.
That's the difference between us. Scotland supporters are the best in the world because they don't expect too much and go out and enjoy themselves.
If we get a result then we enjoy ourselves all the more. On the other hand England Supporters used to expect to get a result and because recently they haven't been getting results it's all Depressive bitterness.
Look at it as a marriage with particular note to the "for better or worse" part.
Now go on out there and SUPPORT YOUR TEAM, I know I will. :thumbsup:

Could never understand why they picked him, if he couldn't beat you lot in '66 what chance did he have getting us to qualify for anything? LOL :hihi:

I thought Bertie took the Scotland job, to ensure Germany qualified ahead of them for whatever tournament it was!

Re ISrael.
They drew all their 2006 world cup home qualifiers, in pretty much the same vein.

if anyone thought they were negative at home; wait until you see how they perform in away games; as anyone who saw the way they behaved in Dublin ( in those same qualifiers) can testify.
