They do say its the end of the mild winters and that were going back to the cold ones.
Its interesting stuff but does this mean the end of continueous rainy days and more cold crisp sunny days a bit like Canada.
Today is like a spring day so not expecting there predictions to be correct.

the recent film "the day after tommorow"has increased the thought that the planet may be heading into a colder spell. granted if the gulf stream was 2 close down then britain in winter would resemble alaska. in the short term the oncoming winter is forecast to be average, this means quite a bit of snow and cold weather because over the last decade its been so mild. if you try and think of the realy last cold winter youd be hard stretched 2 remember. just 2 note the realy last sever winter was 1980 81, bitter cold and very snowy.

i'm very interested in the weather....running a window cleaning buisness means our working week depends on what work we get done........bad weather means no work..........having been in this type of work for nearly 14 years can i just say that weather men are about as reliable as mainline bus drivers......
