I'm guessing something heavy was left on a trainer by a flatmate, as there is now a dent that I can't get rid off near the front of my right trainer. It is now painful to walk in them, but I'd rather not buy a new pair as I only bought them last month and I'm a student :(
Any ideas?

Make that wet newspaper, then put them under a radiator to dry out.

are they leather? plastic? go for the newspaper, just be careful...
