Does anyone know of any letting agents that will be prepared to let on a week by week basis?? preferable in the Crookes area

You might struggle to get a property let on a week by week basis if going through letting agents etc ... from my experience most of them tend to issue 6 or 12 month tenancies in order to ensure that the property is let for a minimum period of time.

If you are looking for a week by week tenancy then you are probably best trying to pick up a landlord in a local newspapers or newsagents, not many landlords grant periodic tenancies from the outset.
