In a discussion today "loxley baths" were mentioned!!, ive never heard of this before so could anyone throw any light on this for me.
I never knew there was baths of any sort in loxley, but then again ive not lived there that long.

Is it possible that there has been a mix up?
There used to be a "Longley Baths" at the Firth Park end of Longley Park in the 60s and early 70s, but I have certainly never heard of Loxley Baths

I suspect Bushbaby's right. I've lived in Sheffield over 60 years and never heard of a Loxley baths. There have been several threads about Longley baths on the Forum if you do a search.
