Hi i ride speedway and i was wondering what you all thought of the sport. Its the sport with bikes with no brakes our Sheffield team are the Sheffield Tigers and their home track is Owlerton Stadium next to Napoleons Casino!

I used to enjoy it years ago but I just stopped going, got addicted to Ice Hockey..

Got hit by stones the last time I was there, I had a huge slit down the middle of my head pouring with blood.. Massive bump next day.. The jokes were endless :suspect:

I don't mind it. Not been for years but it is on my agenda to go watch speedway and banger racing in the near future.

used to be a massive speedway fan first one my dad took me to was against west ham, in 1969

stopped going in 1980 as the glover brothers totally ruined it but went back 20 years later and usally manage to go to 1 meeting a season:)

Yeah we have just started a new Sheffield Girls team called Sheffield Angelz and im in it! We arent racing properly yet though. I think speedway is great and riding is exciting and atleast when i get injured i learn from it........most of the time!

The little guy Josh Auty seems to be a winner only 14 and the U15 champ. WOW
