Some lovely flowers and a nice card. For my first mothers day 6 years ago my husband got me a pamper day, which was great, or you could buy her a voucher for her local hair salon or beauty salon to get a treatment. Its something just for her and she can go relax!

I was going to ask you how flush you were and suggest an eternity ring, but then I realised you said "girlfriend" - so maybe another item of jewellery, perhaps, like a necklace. If she's enjoying her first year of motherhood, chances are she's feeling a bit frazzled - so some sort of pampering sounds good to me.

When is Mother's Day over there? I need to send a card to my OH's mum. Ours isn't until mid-May and I always forget yours is earlier.

Ours is this Sunday cotton Top

Yikes! Maybe I should order some flowers or something instead. No way will she get the card on time if I mail it today as it seems to take nearly a week for mail to get there from here.

Thanks for the info.

If it's the little ones first card to mummy, then why don't you get an imprint of the babies foot n hand and transfer it on a card.I'm sure there is some kiddy-friendly paint in the shops.Add a lock of hair as well.SORTED!

Hey.

Does your daughter have her eyebrows shaped? or would this be a first?

A background on Threading

Threading is an ancient technique used to remove unwanted facial hair with precision with a cotton thread skilfully wound around the fingertips.

Threading is not only used on the eyebrows but also on the upper lip, chin, side burns or any area of the face.

Threading is approved by dermatologists.

Many cosmetologists, makeup artists and aestheticians are choosing the Threading method of hair removal owing to its benefits.

Threading vs. Waxing

•Threading is non-invasive and quick, unlike waxing which may burn and peel off top layers of your skin.

•Any redness or swelling subsides within 30 minutes.

•It is suitable for all skin types including sensitive and acne skin as it is non-irritating.

•Hair grows slower compared to waxing or tweezing.

•Hair does not need to be as long compared to waxing or tweezing.

•Practically painless and skin is less prone to pre-mature wrinkles unlike waxing.

Thanks

Michelle
