I’ve have been training 4day weeks one week and 5 days the next at three most I get 2 consecutive days rest a week is this enough.??

if you can handle that, i trained monday - thursday and have weekend off..

awesome isn't he? he posted on another forum that i was subscribed to (geoff thompson's) and he came across really well - direct but thoughtful.
