Some nasty little horrors managed to annoy me yesterday and I decided enough was enough. This morning bright and early I've been looking up the Home Office on the web and trying to find the relevant department for anti-social behaviour. Once found they'd helpfully provided an e-mail address and so I've sent them one. Not sure whether they'll like it very much as I've told them that their statistics, research into minor nuisance crime and ways to combat it are failing badly. I've then given them my suggestion namely 'bring back the stocks'
Be interesting to see if I get a response but it has helped me to let off some steam as I've had a very restless night.
