woke up this mornin and felt instantly like i wanted to kill someone:o , i have already shouted at the kids for leaving muddy footprints and stretching worms till they snap, and i have also shouted at the dog for frige-raiding, but i still feel murderous, this is so out of character for me:loopy: and its not getting any better as the day wears off...... any ideas???

i also have days like this, my remedy is a fag and a strong coffee, if this doesnt work i either sit in a room by myself for 10 mins (usually the loo) or go upstairs and scream into a pillow, the pillow thing definately works cause i feel such an idiot after ive done it and usually end up laughing at myself!
