Sooz will probably take them but I don't think she drives... And 3 feet really isn't big enough for a bun, even if its a dwarf.

Unless you do what we did, and have the hutch as the shelter part of a run, was plenty big enough for both our buns to sleep in by night and be open in the run by day.

it may be a tad bigger i dont know cos theyre not mine.....but they were bought new as rabbit hutches and rabbits have lived in them both.happily:)

If you adopt a bun from the RSPCA you have to have a 5ft long hutch at least. Smaller hutches are better for guinea pigs etc. I guess if you live in the city then keeping buns with an open run at night is fine, but in a rural area where foxes are known to be on the prowl it runs a risk of your bun being eaten.. :(

Nope - it was closed during the night, open during the day when they were supervised ;)

I don't know how big our hutch was but it wasn't 5ft, the larger one that we did have, they ate through the back of  so we had to get one quickly and ended up with a much smaller one.

Anyway - sorry petwalkiz for hi-jacking your thread! :D

Well, I think Bobbybunny's concern is to make sure people don't think it's ok to keep rabbits full time in an undersized hutch. So whether they're free or not, it's still not ideal for rabbits ;)

I'll edit your title to include guinea pigs too

Just to add (this may help to get rid of them)

These are ideal for mental stimulation with slightly smaller dogs. If you've ever read 101 things to do with a box, one of these hutches would be great for it.
Your dog has to work out new things to do with the hutch (sit in, on top, under etc) to get rewards from you - can make playtimes for dogs not interested in toys great fun!

If it wasn't for mine being too big, I'd be tempted ;)

I'll take it if you aren't too far away - or it's not too late. I'm building a run for the rabbit and guinea pigs and it should be ideal.
