Wow, got loads of knitting goodies this morning!

Actually, that doesn't look as much as I thought!

I ordered the winder and swift from Wooly Workshop yesterday afternoon and here it is today. What good service! I know what i'll be doing this afternoon!

The sock club yarn is some alpaca yarn in blues and purples which looks good. Its the first lot I had from club, I only joined on Sunday and she said she sends stuff out around the 10th so thats good too.

I've been eyeing the book up for a while now and when hubby wanted some stuff from Amazon it sort of slipped in the basket! Has anyone else got it? What did you think?

My post sucked.

I had a card through the door saying that I had a parcel (of yarn!). I tried phoning to get them to redeliver and all I got was automated stuff and they won't deliver til next week.

I wanted a weekend with my new yarn :(

I've had one go with the winder. Did some Posh Yarns stuff I got a few weeks ago. It was all done in 5 mins, it just looked complicated!

I'm sure I've got loads more yarn to find and wind yet, but if I do that, i might want to start something new:rolleyes:

I always make the mistake of ordering last thing on a Friday, so I have the whole weekend to wait :roll: .

I've just ordered three sets of Clover DPNs from Get Knitted, along with a couple of skeins of LL Shepherd Sock in 'Manzanita' (a ruby-ish red) and two balls of RYC Cashsoft 4-ply in 'Deep' (a dark blue/grey).

I'm all set for the sock knitalong now :D .

Yaaay! We went to the depot and picked up the yarn. I have now started the sudoku blanket from the latest simply knitting.
