I moved house over the weekend, and was lifting/carrying/moving non-stop for the best part of four days. I made a point of not over-excerting myself.
I look after myself and am normally fairly active but have a 9-5 desk job.
I haven't banged it or anything, but now have a pain right at the back of the foot where my tendons are, and some swelling. Moving the foot around and standing up doensn't hurt, but walking does. Going up and down stairs is even worse. I can feel things grinding about where the tendons are.
It's really frustrating as I have so much work to do on the house but don't want to do any permanent damage. I have given it a couple of days to get better without resting completely but time hasn't helped.
Any ideas/advice?
