Hi. Does anyone know where we can go for a really decent midmorning treat Sunday breakfast for the day after a wedding?
Would go to the Walnut Club, but it's stopped doing breakfasts.
Any ideas out there?

A good breakfast on a Sunday morning.... wherever I am lurking over the stove..
Bacon, Sausage, Mushrooms, Tomatoes, slice of ever so bad for you fried bread and the perfect egg. :D
Millhouses cafe is hard to beat. Great breakfasts there, and cakes if you have room left!!

Rivelin cafe do massive, greasy, tasty breakfasts.
I've also tried the Ski Lodge which was also good.
Does anybody know if the barge at Victoria Quays is still there? That used to serve good breakfasts and it was something a little bit different.
There's also a cafe on South Road Walkley which does magnificent brekkies. Trouble is, it's always full of smokers so I've stopped going. (It would help if they opened a window but no, and on a morning after the night before, that's just a little bit too uncomfortable.)
the bohemian on chesterfield road does really good vegetarian breakfasts and they are a free trade/organic vegetarian/fish place, great relaxed atmosphere and tasty food :)

Fab new venue. Not tried brunch yet but their pizzas are delicious and the brunch menu looks great.

yes, we open from 10 til 4 but stop serving food at 3, with a frequently changing menu but you can always have the bohemian breakfast:cool:
Joe's ices at Endcliffe park never fails. Fab!
