I'm going to take my 6 month old to water confidence classes soon and I would like to use a reusable swim nappy. Has anyone got any recommendations? I like the look of the kushies with the tie at the front but don't know if these are a bit fiddly to do up and would like something easy to use and does the job it is supposed to do:hihi:

Boots have some, not to expensive. I never tried them, though...evilly used disposable swim nappies, then handed him over to the g'parents to take him swimming - no idea what they use. But I always meant to try the Boots reusable.

I used a couple of mothercare ones in Spain last year and they were fine. They dont seem hugely absorbent when you look at them, but somehow our little one didnt do anything drastic in them whilst we were in the water.

They arent supposed to be absorbant - just hold in any poo:D I have used Kooshies for both of my boys and they are fabulous.

Well in that case the mothercare ones are fine! They have an outer that looks like real lycra swimwear, a waterproof barrier, and then a fine towelling liner. I got them from ebay but they were brand new, two in a pack.

Kushie swim nappies get my vote....or indeed any tie at the front nappy. Have used Kushie swim nappies on my daughter since she was 2 weeks old :o)

Just picture the scene of removing a pull on swim nappy if they do poo while swimming!

we got these when we went on holiday, there great:thumbsup:

we just use disposable, the thought of having to wash pooh pants is gross!
