Hi,
I have 2 questions.

I have burned my video onto a dvd from pinacle studio 9 which I got with my canon camcorder. However, I chose the mpeg format as I thought I should but when I come to watch the dvd it's all jumpy in parts! What am I doing wrong as I can;t adjust the speed when I select the mpeg format ~ is it something to do with the speed?

Second Q ~ How do I delete the files/film that I have just burned, I can;t seem to delete anything as the delete option isn't highlighted.

As I'm a novice and help would be appreciated!

Thanks,
jane.

You need to choose the button labeled 'Disc' if you are trying to burn an actual DVD movie. Also, get the latest updates (9.4?), Pinnacle is known for being a bit flaky.

Hi,
It's been ok before when I used this prgramme over a year ago but whatever format I save it e.g wanting to upload a few video clips to a website so I;m using the MPeg format but it's jumping like an old fashioned cinefilm! Can't work out why this is when It was ok last year.

My machine is windows xp pavilion 5 years old.

Thanks,

jane.
