That was Bernie. What a hero he was, hopefully now the programme has aired he'll find romance. Charles was the suiter for Shirley, the 74 year old blonde who looked amazing. He was on at the end of the programme.

No I didn't ... just seeing the ad was enough ... I could see how embarrassing it was going to be just from the old bloke in the checked jacket, or whatever the item of clothing was that he had on at the time :hihi:

No it was quite funny really. The men were really fit, but this old woman in a mobility scooter was really disappointed with this Yank she met, as he had said on the net,that he was a Steve McQueen look a like, and of course he wasnt. :hihi:

If he was the one meeting the 'glamorous' woman who really couldn't sing, when she was interviewed on Richard & Judy she mentioned that he was quite unwell so their relationship had floundered.
