The only one I know of is on Infirmary Road?

Years ago I used to work in an office in the same block as Hungry Wolf on Infirmary Road. In the evening, they would put huge trays of freshly baked bread out the back to cool. The only thing was, the whole of the back of the shops was infested with huge rats. I regularly saw them climbing up on the trays of bread etc.

I never ever went there again!!

Rosies at the bottom of the moor (near Staples and DiscDirect) do good pork sandwhiches.

FF, I would have blagged the up to the environmental health:gag: :gag:

HW's under new management or said it was a few months back. Seeing their premises on infirmary road not sure I'd ever like to eat from there.

Can believe the rats are still about as well.

do you mean the one in fizalan square? it shut ages ago but the kiosk is still there..i even thought about taking it on when i left the pub but there's no contact number on it and i don't know who owns it

Sarnies, just off the High Street do a better sandwich than the hungry wolf did. And you can eat it inside.

And so in memoriam Barry's Brunch & Munch on Ecclesall Rd opposite Oddbins. Quite positively the horriblest lardy shop in Sheffield. Used to go there regularly for breadcake-based horrors, until laid low one day by its special jumbo pork and botulism combo. Ah, dribbles of delight... never went back though. Strangely, it's no longer in business. Hmm...
