Hi I need some advice,

I want to watch videos on youtube, but it comes up with this message, in place on the screen:

'
Hello, you either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of Macromedia's Flash Player. Get the latest flash player. '

Ive downloaded the new one and restarted but it still comes up with this message, i think the java script must be turned off. How do i turn it on?

Thanks to anybody who can help!

Go to control panel, and then "Add or Remove Programs" and remove the Macromedia Flash player by uninstalling it. Then reinstall it when it asks you to from Youtube website and you may need to restart your machine. It worked for me, no harm in trying hey? :)
