Very short hair and blue eyes? Is that you? If so, you look younger than your age. I would have guessed on the earlyish side of mid twenties.

Try reducing the size. My pic was 2MB so reduced it to about 300k and it worked fine.

Then when the "transformation" has taken palce they get the "younger" person right in the face of the passer by...we're British we're polite!!! of course we're going to say how lovely they are and how young they look...they're stood right infront of us grrrrrrrr :rant: :rant: :rant:

I think it's all done for effect, personally, and that the pollsters at the beginning are instructed to be as negative as they can be; a bit like on that really annoying prog, "house doctor". I want to give that Ann Maurice such a thump.... she really winds me up. (just like NHJ on 10YY)

I believe the people who submit to the makeover, only do so because they nearly all have very expensive dental work done or plastic surgery.These would both cost a fortune in themselves, and the people may just go back to their "old selves" and comfortable clothes after the show.
