Its 564 city road Sheffield, very central, close to the train/buss station.

A bus stop where the 95, 120, 41 and 94 amongst others stop is less then 30secs (a few doors down) from my house. Oh and the tram is on the firstright when i walk out of my door, nearly forgot it as i never use it. Think its the spring somethign stop...not sure. i am in walking distance of a couple of super markets. the area is quiet and safe 9touch wood).

The rent is 300pcm, Inc gas, elec, landline rental, broadband (1/3 of 40gigh max a month), tv licence and water. Council tax is NOT included. The house is quiet, very large and only subjected to the lowest council tax band.

I am looking for a professional/employed person who doesn't smoke or has any pets (i like animals but would just prefer not to have any running around the house). I have always lived in shared houses so am easy to live with.

The property is a large 3 bed house and has a kitchen, dining room and living room.

The bedroom’s are all large, no box rooms!! All mod cons eg washing machine, two fridges, freezer, microwave...

We're both 21 and will have just finished university in May. Male + Female.
The rent for the room is £200 a month not including bills (I havent worked out how much the bills will be as of yet, but they will be shared between three of us) The house itself is a bit out of the way, in ecclesall, but has links to public transport. The room is a double and the house is fully furnished in a nice fashion. The house is mine so if you have any questions dont be afraid to ask :)
The contract would be for a year and would start on the 1st of June.

Bar (5 mins from all the shops at Eccy Road and the park) to share with
two friendly non-smoking professionals (Anna and Sian). Rent is £52.50 per week, but doesn't include council tax and bills. Rent plus bills normally come to about £250 per month. House includes washing machine, phone, microwave, tv, cellar for storage. The room is available from now until whenever you need it til!
